Chariot Forge software will support missions to identify, analyze and confirm military intelligence with human review built into the process
AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The U.S. Army has again selected Striveworks to deploy AI in support of its missions, this time in Europe. The new contract supports Task Force RAVEN, an Army effort to put AI agents to work in European operations.

Under the agreement, Striveworks will help soldiers carry out complex, time-sensitive tasks, including intelligence assessments, target validation and fire-support coordination, with human review and authorization built into the process.
“Task Force RAVEN is setting the pace in bringing agentic AI into intelligence assessments,” said Jim Rebesco, CEO of Striveworks. “Striveworks’ platform gives the team the ability to continuously test, evaluate and apply guardrails to agentic workflows with the rigor this mission demands. This mission allows us to demonstrate why trust, control and accountability must be built into this technology from the outset.”
Striveworks specializes in keeping AI models working as terrain, weather and enemy behavior change. The company’s Chariot Forge software—the technology behind both its U.S. deployments and its new work in Europe—coordinates AI agents across military tools and data systems, automating the transfer of information that soldiers would otherwise move manually between separate systems. Striveworks provides the software, infrastructure, engineering and operational support needed for each deployment.
In Europe, Chariot Forge will initially support missions to identify, analyze and confirm military intelligence. The platform will serve as a central hub for AI models and act as a broker between multiple data sources, continually testing and evaluating each model, and verifying performance before anything reaches the field. Human control remains central. Commanders set and update limits as conditions change, and operators retain approval over every major decision. The software logs each action, so operators can track what the system has done.
“Our technology provides the foundation that speeds operational decision-making while maintaining human oversight,” said Eric Clark, Vice President of Europe at Striveworks. “In Europe, that means helping soldiers work across existing systems and adapt as mission requirements change. This is what responsible defense AI looks like in practice.”
During initial U.S. deployments, Striveworks combined hundreds of AI tools to process intelligence 40 times faster and targets 21 times faster. Recent testing and evaluation improved targeting precision by nearly 45%. Soldiers also employed the technology during field exercises without on-site contractor support. These deployments demonstrated Chariot Forge’s ability to connect systems from companies like Microsoft and Palantir, update models in minutes, and run them in environments ranging from the cloud to Navy ships. Across these missions, the software successfully analyzed sensor feeds, identified vehicles, tracked threats and compressed hours of staff work into seconds before expanding to Europe.
The new contract is with U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) and Multi-Domain Command-Europe (MDC-E).
Earlier this year, Striveworks secured a $70 million enterprise agreement allowing its technology to be deployed across the Pentagon. In March, Striveworks closed a growth investment led by Washington Harbour Partners to expand engineering, research and delivery capacity. The company is adding more than 100 employees to its workforce. Striveworks has been ranked twice by Deloitte as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in North America.
About Striveworks: Founded in Austin in 2018, Striveworks develops operational AI infrastructure for defense and national security environments where systems must continue functioning under real-world conditions. The company supports deployments spanning Army, Navy, Combatant Command and Joint Task Force environments. Striveworks recently announced a $70 million enterprise agreement with the Pentagon and is backed by Washington Harbour Partners. For more information, visit www.striveworks.com.
