Cloud migration and AI-powered service desk deliver more than $35 million in five-year savings to the client

With Unisys as a strategic partner, Cushman & Wakefield migrated four on-premises data centers to Microsoft Azure and deployed AI-powered service desk solutions, transforming operations for more than 52,000 employees across nearly 60 countries. The collaboration delivered 99.99% infrastructure availability, a 73% drop in major incidents, a 40% reduction in time to resolution, a 13% rise in automated resolutions, and more than $35 million in five-year savings.

Unisys also provided 24/7 security operations center monitoring and has cleaned up more than 100,000 unused resources to tighten security and control costs.
